Read bounded, tenant-scoped summaries without exporting guest records.

Choose a bounded date range

GET /analytics/summary requires analytics:read and inclusive from/to dates in YYYY-MM-DD format, spanning at most 90 UTC days. Add businessId or queueId to narrow the result. All results remain within the key’s tenant and resource restrictions.

The summary counts retained entries joined within the selected range and their current states: joins, completed, cancelled, noShows, active, avgWaitMinutes and completionRate. It is not a historical event ledger and does not return provider records or guest contact details.
