Business and Enterprise include integration eligibility. Production API, Zapier and webhook access depend on release availability and current account access. Public documentation is available to everyone.

Use the API from a trusted server over HTTPS. Your credential belongs to one tenant and can be limited to selected businesses and lines. API credentials do not grant billing, membership or platform administration access.

Create your first workflow

Start with a test tenant, discover a business and line, create a synthetic guest, and look up the returned entry. A real creation counts toward the tenant’s guest-entry allowance.

Build an automation

Read immutable events to capture changes. Available webhook connections can send those events to your automation. Ready and completed triggers are filters on entry status changes.

Zapier connects with a dedicated API key. Private beta availability and a public Zapier directory listing are separate release steps; this documentation does not claim directory approval.
